Do you offer other designs?
- Our variety of offered designs suits virtually
everyone. Also, Cake Pans Plus is now offering a Chef Poundcake design! Contact us if you wish to have a special design, school
or church logo, or other image engraved on a product. Cake Pans
Plus has several options that will be just right for you. There
may be an extra charge depending on the image ordered.
Do you provide samples that I can
show to my group?
- Yes! Give us a call at our toll-free number 877.426.6624 to receive one of our sample kits. Each kit contains a sampling of our products* to present at a fundraiser committee meeting or to display during your fundraiser sales period. The sample kit is your to use for a $25 refundable desposit** providing your group returns*** the kit to Cake Pans Plus upon completion of sales.
* Additional items available on request.
** Your group is responsible for return shipping charges.
*** Your deposit will be returned via USPS upon the return of the sample kit.
Can you ship the Cake Pans Plus
product I purchased from a fundraiser directly to me?
- Due to the high volume of orders,
we ship the total fundraiser order to the fundraiser location.
If you wish to buy directly from us, we can ship that purchase
to any address in the continental United States. See our
Retail Info page for easy ordering.
Can I pick up my fundraiser order?
- Yes, your order can be picked up at our site
in River Falls, Wisconsin. Call us for driving
directions. Write pick-up in the shipping cost area on your
order summary form so your group will not be charged for
shipping. Sales tax will be applied to all orders being picked up at our site unless a tax exemption certificate has been provided from your group.
How do I send payment?
- Please send a check, money order
or credit card information with your order. We will send
you an order acknowledgement card within a few days of receiving
your order.
How do I get more order forms?
- Call or email us and we will send
more order forms immediately. You can also download order
forms and the order summary form from the Fundraiser Info
page.
How many tri-fold order forms can
my group have?
- As many as needed. We only ask that
you send back any unused order forms after your fundraiser
is complete.

Your name and email address are both optional,
but we will need your email address if you would like a personal
response. If you share a story, we may contact you for permission
to use it on our website.
- We are open 8 to 5, Monday through Friday.
- At Cake Pans Plus, our goal is to deliver
your fundraiser the most efficient way possible. Your order
will ship within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt of order. See order
deadlines for more information. We can ship to virtually any
address in the continental United States. Our shipping department
will determine the best mode of delivery for your address utilizing
UPS, USPS or Speedee Delivery. For fundraiser orders to be delivered
to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories, call Cake Pans Plus at
877-426-6624 for additional shipping charges. We will ship to
only one address per order.
- Standard Fundraiser Shipping Charges:
$1.00 per item (For qualifying fundraisers reaching the 30 item
minimum ordering quantity).*
*If fundraisers do not meet the minimum order requirement or
have single reorders, pricing on shipping for those items will
be at the standard retail shipping level of $7.00 for the first
item and $2.00 for each additional item.

Wisconsin. Call us for driving directions. Write pick-up in
the shipping cost area on your order summary form so your group
will not be charged for shipping.
- School Orders: Orders are typically
packed with all cake pans together, all mugs together, etc.,
so orders will need to be sorted upon delivery. Lighten the
load for volunteers by letting us do the sorting by classroom!
For school fundraiser orders we will batch the orders together
by classroom by clearly marking the outside of the boxes with
each teacher's name. In order to help us make this happen, simply
follow the steps below before submitting your order.
- Send the order forms clipped together by classroom.
- Clearly label each order form with the teacher's
name.
- Our products sell well anytime of the year.
We have found the best selling times are for Mother's Day and
the Christmas Holiday Season. Orders can be submitted anytime
during the year* and will be processed according to date received.
Due to the high volume of orders preceding those holidays, submitting
your orders as early as possible will aid in expediting.
*Fundraiser Orders must be received by Cake Pans Plus at least
three weeks prior to the holiday or expected delivery date to ensure on-time delivery.
- If you have sold at least 30 items, you may
send in your order anytime. Your group will qualify for the
Standard Fundraiser Shipping Charge of $1.00 per item and it
gives your customers a chance to "show off" their
items to family and friends. It's a great way to increase sales!
- Wisconsin based fundraisers or any orders being picked up at our facility are subject to a 5.5% sales tax unless a copy of the group's tax
exemption certificate has been provided. If you have any questions, please call

- Cake Pans Plus warrants its products to be free
of defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions. This
warranty does not cover damage due to improper usage, cleaning, maintenance
or normal wear. This warranty is valid only in the United States.
At Cake Pans Plus we stand behind the quality of our products and
will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If you are less than 100% satisfied with
any item of our kitchenware, you may return it for repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion.

We recommend that all Cake Pans Plus products,
with the exception of the mugs, be hand-washed and towel dried. Dishwasher use is not recommended.
All Aluminum Pan Products
Select, Premium and Doughmaker Pans
- Before using, wash all items by hand in warm soapy water.
- The aluminum pan bottoms are best used for baking purposes only;
i.e. cakes, bars, etc.
- Aerosol non-stick sprays may cause a sticky buildup; a solid shortening usually works best.
- Not suitable for high-acid foods or food storage. We cannot be responsible for damage incurred by the use of acidic foods.
- Not recommended for water bath recipes.
- Wash promptly with hot, soapy water for easy clean-up and dry before storing.
- Extra care should be taken in the selection of utensils used when cutting and serving items to avoid scratches although scratches will not affect performance.
All Aluminum Pan Product Lids
Select, Premium and Doughmaker Lids
- Before using, wash all items by hand in warm soapy water.
- Lids are for decorative purposes only and
are not oven or dishwasher safe.
- Wash promptly with hot, soapy water for easy clean-up and dry before storing.
Simmer Pot
- Before using, wash all items by hand in warm soapy water.
- Primarily recommended for stovetop use; they
are oven-safe up to 325 degrees. The inside of the simmer pot
has a special non-stick coating so extra care should be taken
in the selection of utensils used when stirring or serving items
from the simmer pot. We recommend our Cake Pans Plus personalized
spoon or ladle. The simmer pots are best used for beans, soups,
sauces, side dishes, vegetables, etc.
Mugs
- Before using, wash all items by hand in warm soapy water.
- The personalized mug is safe for light microwave
use. We recommend that the mugs be placed on the top shelf in
the dishwasher.
Travel Mugs and Travel Tumblers
- Hand wash only, Dishwasher may damage.
- Do not use bleach or cleansers containing chlorine to clean.
- These products are designed to keep hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold for an extended length of time.
- Hot liquids can burn or scald user. Do not over fill. When filled wtih hot liquids, keep out of reach of children.
- This product may include either a press-in or screw-on lid. When securing the lid, please be careful as liquid may escape from the drink hole. Always check to make sure the lid is securely attached before drinking.
3-Piece Utensil Sets
- Before using, wash all items by hand in warm soapy water.
- The black nylon necks of the utensils are
meant to have a little spring to them, so caution should be
used with heavier food products.
Wooden Brownie and Cake Knives, and pie servers
- Before using, wash all items by hand in warm soapy water.
- Do not place the knives in the dishwasher
or let them soak in water to ensure the longevity of these wooden
utensils.
Cooling Rack and Mug Caddy
- Before using, wash all items by hand in warm soapy water.
- To ensure the longevity of these wooden products,
special care should be used such as not placing them in a dishwasher
or letting them soak in water.
